7.5T Driver

Pertemps are currently recruiting for 7.5T Driver to join a distribution centre based in Aylesford.

Monday to Friday
£14.00 per hour

Our client is needing an experienced CAT C1 driver who is available immediately.

The Role:
Using routing software, the 7.5tonne driver will deliver 15-20 deliveries per day to a variety of locations across Kent and Southeast London. This is quite a physical role and drivers must be able to lift/carry 15-20kg. Delivery drivers are the face of the company and therefore excellent customer service skills are needed. Drivers should be comfortable using technology (PDA's).

Key responsibilities for this 7.5T Driver position:
To professionally deliver to clients in a professional manner
Delivering a high level of customer service
The role can be quite physical at times.

For this 7.5T Driver you will need:
7.5T Licence (C1, C1+E)
CPC and Tacho card
To be a team player
Customer service experience
Aptitude and a willingness to learn 
Excellent time keeping 
Excellent attendance

This is a temp position however a permanent position may be available to candidates who meet all of the above requirements after effectively evidence this after completing a number of shifts.
