The Role: Your Key Contributions

As a Hospitality Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in making our guests' experiences memorable. Your efforts will be at the core of our mission to provide exceptional hospitality, regardless of your background or experience. For this multi-faceted and challenging role you will need to be a resilient team player who is passionate about great customer service and diligent in their attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities

Providing warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members and guests. Working on reception and offering insights about the hostel and the local area, ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed. Utilising our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs and food & beverage sales and service. Carrying out cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for all guests. Preparing breakfast for all our guests and evening meals for our groups in the kitchen. You will be serving food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride that will influence further sales. Suggesting beverages or snacks that will ensure a diverse and welcoming experience for all guests.

Please note that this role involves early starts, evening shifts, split shifts and weekend working.
