Are you who we're looking for?
Prior experience in a credit control position Excellent communication skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to navigate and analyse financial data efficiently Team player mentality, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and departments Proactive individual, adept at working under tight deadlines and resolving challenges
What does the day-to-day look like?
Monitoring a portfolio of overdue accounts, ensuring timely resolution Proactively chasing debt through various channels (telephone, letter, email) to secure prompt payments Handling client queries professionally, providing payment options, and negotiating repayment timescales Maintaining accurate and timely records of all communication and progress Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders
