The Management Accountant is our KIKO Ambassador responsible for providing accurate accounting and audit support to the Finance Manager and Senior Leadership Team within KIKO UK. This role will provide timely and accurate accounting information to the Finance Manager and fulfil all reporting requirements from Head Office in Italy.

MAIN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ACCOUNTING & REPORTING
Preparation of management accounts for KIKO UK Limited.Balance sheet reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Manage all inter-company agreements and reconciliation.Preparation of monthly accruals and pre-payments.Monthly posting and reconciliation of payroll.Business cost analysis with commentary and robust action planning.Monthly P&L variance analysis.VAT and Intrastat return preparation and submission including HMRC reconciliation.Preparation of cash-flow, forecasting and budgets.Responsible for annual external audit and internal auditing process.IFRS16 adjustment year end posting and monthly reporting to HQPosting of monthly journals under the Group Accounting Rules (Italian GAAP).Maintain and update the fixed-asset register.Other ad-hoc reporting or project(s) as requested by KIKO UK or KIKO S.p.A.

COMPETENCES
Gravitas to influence and build relationships at all levels within the business.Attention to detail.Able to communicate in clear and concise manner.Hands on and Self Starter who is able to set and manage their own priorities.Well organised with a team ethos mind-set.SAP Finance essential.Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint.Experience in system implementation.Excellent management accounting & reporting skills.Must have CIMA; or be part qualified AAT; ACCA finalist/qualified with a proven track record.Ideally worked as a Management Accountant in a Retail background.Used to working in a fast paced environment.
