  • Overseeing post-contract procedures, including valuations, financial reporting, and contract finalization.
  • Contributing to research projects and the implementation of new procedures.

Essential Requirements:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Cost Value Reporting and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in managing contractor works and conducting cost analysis.
