Due to continued growth our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant to work alongside the account manager, joining a fun and friendly team.

What You'll doReceiving and processing of purchase invoices.Ensuring invoices are costed accurately to the correct projects.Distributing invoices for signing off.Maintaining accurate reconciliations of customer and supplier accounts.Dealing with any supplier/invoice queries in a fast and efficient mannerMaintaining accurate paper and electronic records.Bank reconcilingProvide support to the account manager as needed including data entry, report generation and other admin tasks
Experience you needComputer Literate with experience of Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of Sage Systems would be advantage although training can be offeredSelf motivated, methodical and organised.Ability to multi task with a smileGood communication via telephone and email
