About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment for students.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies.Providing one-on-one support to students with behavioural challenges.Collaborating with the school's SENCO and other professionals to create tailored intervention plans.Supporting the overall well-being of students and contributing to a positive school ethos.

Qualifications:

Relevant experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.Understanding of behaviour management strategies and their application in a school environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.Relevant qualifications in education or psychology would be advantageous.
