Your Purpose

Support the strategy and execution of exceptional brand plans for Sharp's through execution of the brand digital and social strategy including the creation and communication of a relevant content plan to enhance our core communications and brand plans. Support the annual communication plans development cycle and work to clearly defined tactics and KPI's. Develop great agency relationships to deliver optimum value. Establish and develop excellent relationships with Sharp's internal teams, external agencies and Molson Coors to deliver brand plans.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing Sharp's digital plans to bring the total brand strategy to life across all digital channels.
  • Responsible for the brand representation across the 360 digital world – ensuring we are at least matching the best in class representation, and there is always a consistent and compliant view against the brand visual identity
  • Accountable for building in the performance insights to the digital plans; focusing on continuous improvement both for the brand and for the wider Digital team and even beyond
  • Be the driving force for “buzz” and conversation behind Sharp's – unlocking new solutions (creatively and/or across new platforms) through a thorough test and learn programme
  • Overall responsibility for the brand digital channels, working with local photographers/videographers and self-creating ‘always on’ content from the heartland, in line with the brand pillars. Working closely with the Activation team, supporting contracted content agreements with festival organisers and capturing content at key events.
  • The Digital Communications Co-Ordinator will also be a lead in creating engaging internal content, including activity wrap up and Quarterly Brief videos, which will elevate Sharp’s presence within the wider business but also engage employees on site in Rock through sharing of site activity and brand plans.

  • Knowledge of Adobe software e.g photoshop, premiere pro
