    Role will report directly to the General Counsel and will handle the following:

  • Primary support for CLO deal team on approved transactions (manage external counsel, etc) and on RMBS transactions, some review of diligence files
Review term sheets & offering documents, note purchase agreements, placement agreements on transactions (144 A deals)Advise the treasury function on all legal matters Track regulatory developments/litigation/new legal issues having an effect on mortgage business

The Successful Applicant

JD from top law school with excellent academic credentials and GPAAdmitted to NY State Bar5+ years of experience, gained at a top law firm, handling financial services CLOs, securitizations and RMBS mortgage transactionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTeam player
