Key Responsibilities:
Deliver targeted intervention sessions to support Year 2 students in areas where they need extra help.Provide general classroom support to the teacher, including assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management.Work closely with students to support their individual learning needs and boost their confidence.Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.Requirements:
Previous experience working with primary school children, ideally in a teaching assistant role.Strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and common areas where students may need additional support.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with both individuals and small groups.A patient, caring attitude and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.An Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if needed).Benefits:
