Marketing Studio is King's in-house creative production agency. We power King's marketing organization with outstanding creative work, flexibly and efficiently, with superior knowledge of our players, brands, and channels.

Your Role Within our Kingdom: We are looking for a driven and passionate Senior Creative who excels in blending expert design skills with strategic insight to produce compelling and commercially viable creative outputs. As a Senior Creative, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of creative campaigns, guiding less experienced colleagues and ensuring all projects align with King's strategic objectives and performance marketing goals.

Skills To Create Thrills:

  • Proven experience in a creative studio, production company, or advertising environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual and motion design skills.
  • Mastery of design principles, with extensive experience in creating visual assets from concept to execution
  • Expert skills in storytelling and creative direction
  • Strong understating of both 2D and 3D design and able to make effective decisions on when it should be used
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition strategies, especially in mobile gaming.
  • Experience in creating engaging video ads, understanding player motivations, and utilising ad formats like video and playable ads.
  • Ability to integrate insights from data and market trends to optimise creative processes and outputs.


Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead the conceptualisation and creative design process, translating marketing strategies into engaging visuas.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams and producers to integrate creative visions with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive performance-led creative strategy.
  • Mentor other creatives, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  • Manage the creative phases of medium to large projects, from initial brainstorming to final delivery, ensuring all creative assets align with strategic goals.
  • Utilise insights from data and market trends to optimize creative processes and output.
