Are you a Business Analyst who is passionate about healthcare and improving people's lives? If so, Siemens Healthineers has an opportunity for you We are looking for a driven Business Analyst to support the Great Britain and Ireland (GB&I) consulting team. This role offers an attractive salary and benefits package, and the flexibility of being home-based with travel to various sites, as needed ().

As a Business Analyst at Siemens Healthineers, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Consulting team to deliver successful projects that drive sustainable improvements in operational, financial and quality outcomes. You will lead in providing expert problem solving and analytical input on projects to help our customers to optimise clinical processes and workflows, and deliver on their strategy.

Here are some of the areas you will have responsibility for:

  • Supporting the delivery of healthcare consulting projects across a diverse range of customers within GB&I
  • Provision of expert data analytics and modelling to NHS and private healthcare providers, as part of bespoke consulting engagements
  • Analysing processes and clinical workflows on-site, and developing process maps to inform improvement initiatives
  • Developing high-quality, customer-facing PowerPoint presentations for both internal and customer facing work
  • Support the Lead Business Analyst to develop and implement the Consulting Strategy in relation to analytics and modelling, including in the development of new offerings

  • A degree qualification
  • Proficiency in standard business IT office systems
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, ability to generate engaging visual and statistical outputs
  • Proficient in statistical and trend analysis
