Job Description
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Financial Controller will oversee all aspects of financial management, including certified payroll processing, compliance with the False Claims Act, federal contracting requirements, insurance, bonding, and financial reporting.

The Successful Applicant
In return for a competitive remuneration package, the successful candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor's degree10+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in finance at a Federal construction General Contractor. (non-negotiable)Strong understanding of federal contracting requirements, including certified payroll and the False Claims Act (non-negotiable)Experience managing accounting systems such as Procore, Timberline, or Acumatica.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a small team of finance professionals.What's on Offer
