Sales Executive

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Person (1+ years experience working face to face selling high quality products). We are looking for a capable, confident and practical individual who is at ease interacting with all kinds of customers in a friendly way who understands how to adapt to the needs of the customers, remaining professional at all times.

Schedule: Monday to Friday; Weekend availability (on a rota basis)

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in national and regional shows and exhibitions
- Meet and greet customers, handling inquiries
- Discuss products with prospective customers who have enquired via website
- Complete necessary paperwork and input into the company computer system
- Display and price new and used products
- Assist in planning sales campaigns and promotions
- Introduce and follow-up on suitable sales prospects
- Maintain extensive knowledge regarding pricing, options, warranties, etc.
- Happy to get involved in the day to day practicalities of the business to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous sales experience (1+ year required)
- Fluent in English
- Full clean driving licence

- Ability to adapt to change and stay positive under pressure
- Keen to take responsibility as well as develop product knowledge
- Team player, working and learning in a small team
- Practical and resourceful, keen to learn
- Reliable and takes pride in the quality of work
- Understands how to present information and products in a user friendly way

Salary: Basic from £30,000 per year.
Our client offers a rewarding commission scheme and the successful candidate will enjoy a long-term career with training and development. Starting basic can be discussed depending on each candidate s previous experience, qualifications and ability. Flexibility will be required at busier times of the year.

This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start date available for the right candidate.
