At Teva Runcorn, we develop, manufacture and market innovative and affordable medicines, specialising in sterile liquid products mainly used for treating respiratory conditions using Blow-Fill-Seal technology as well as injectable Combination Products such as our MS treatment Copaxone.

The Quality Compliance and Systems Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of QC&S Officers - providing development support and coaching in order to achieve personal, departmental and site goals in agreed timelines whilst maintaining CGMP, HSE, Regulatory & customer requirements.

A Day In The Life of a Quality Compliance and Systems Team Leader

  • Lead the QC&S Officers - providing development, support and coaching as well as supporting with significant impact quality improvement projects

  • Ensure departmental Compliance with company policies, procedures and standards.

  • Use and maintain Visual Management to reflect departmental goals, KPI's and performance

  • Contribute to the design, development, management and continuous improvement of Quality Systems and associated documentation to ensure Compliance with Regulatory standards and Corporate expectations. This includes but is not limited to the following quality systems:

  • Document Management

  • e-QMS Systems - TrackWise, Glorya, SAP Vendor Module etc.

  • Complaint Management

  • QMS performance monitoring i.e. KPIs, SQC, Annual Reports etc.

  • PQRs

  • Internal & External Audit program

  • Vendor Assurance

  • Design and deliver QMS training in line with site requirements.

Who We Are Looking For

Do You Have?

  • A degree in a scientific discipline with demonstrated experience leading a strong team in a Quality role within the Pharma/Biologics Industry
  • Expert working knowledge of CGMP guidance and regulations (all territories)
  • Significant experience and knowledge in PQS and Compliance processes

Are You?

  • An experienced leader of people with the ability to mentor, develop & coach teams
  • Knowledgeable of the design considerations for Pharmaceutical Quality Systems and Audit best practices
  • Confident leading initiatives with peers and Senior Leaders
