Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to take the next major step in your career and undertake management training alongside accredited qualifications, in a position where you will be heavily invested in and have opportunities to quickly move into leadership positions?
On offer is the chance to gain valuable leadership skills, in a tailored training programme which will allow you to gain supervisory experience before leading your own team. There is also scope for further technical development, for example learning mechanical skills if desired.

They are seeking to add a talented Project Engineer to their team due to a number of vital projects on the horizon, and are aiming to maintain their current high level of quality. This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to move towards a leadership role, in a friendly yet technical environment where your ongoing development will be actively encouraged. You will be responsible for hands-on electrical maintenance work, as well as effectively leading a team once trained, including supervising, training and mentoring your staff.
This role would suit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, perhaps someone who has hit the ceiling in their current role, who is looking to develop leadership skills and experience with a view to long term career progression within engineering management.
The Role:
- Electrical maintenance work on manufacturing machinery
- Full leadership training, then actively leading a team of maintenance engineers
- Various shift patterns available, no nights
The Candidate:
- Electrically qualified
- Experience working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Interested in leading a team
