Site Manager

It is essential that you have previous experience working within a school setting as well as completing general repairs and building maintenance work.
Duties:
General maintenance of school grounds and facilitiesOpen and close the school and maintain security throughoutComplete basic repairs and arrange contractors for major repairs.Supervise cleaning staff.General porterage duties.Key holder responsibilitiesInspect, monitor and record building cleaning records.Work closely with the school Business Manager regards appropriate repairs and maintenanceCarry out non-specialist building maintenance works i.e. plumbing and decorating.Record management and keeping • Supervise, manage, and train team members.
Application Requirements:
Previous experience working within a school environment.Maintenance experience.Eligibility to work within the UK.Enhanced DBS disclosureProfessional reference checks
