How youâll spend your time :

Starting out, youâll be responsible for predominantly Purchase and Sales Ledger duties, youâll be;
Processing Purchase Invoices, handling supplier queries, ensuring suppliers are paid within payment termsRaising sales invoices, allocating cash to the ledgerFiling and Accounts administration duties

However, after youâve settled into the position, the Finance Manager would like to train you and give you additional duties including various projects such as enhancing the operational reporting for the business including the regular generation and maintenance of those reports- so an open mind and eagerness to learn are essential for this role

You are currently studying level 2 or 3 of AATYou are eager to learn and growYou have experience using Microsoft ExcelYou have a good level of Customer Service as you will be interacting daily with suppliers and customers.

The company offer 29 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 with length of service. Life assurance benefit, pension scheme, annual performance bonus, study support to finish AAT.

The role is based full time in the office on Whitehills Business Park in Blackpool, while hybrid working may be considered down the line, our client is looking for someone who is keen to make the most out of this opportunity to absorb as much knowledge as possible, and the best way to do that is to work side by side with the talented CFO and Finance Manager.
