Role Overview
As the Monetisation Manager at Tripledot Studios, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success and growth trajectory of our diverse portfolio of games. In this position, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative monetisation strategies, directly impacting the studio's revenue streams and market position.
Your work will involve close collaboration with various departments, including Product, Marketing, and Data Science, to ensure that monetisation tactics are seamlessly integrated and optimally effective.

Key Responsibilities
- Monetisation ownership of the company's major game titles - growing and exploring the game's monetisation opportunities
- Exploring monetisation opportunities (finding ways to increase ARPDAU)- ad placement, ad funnel efficiency, waterfall optimisation, new formats
- Developing our marketing technology with a focus on analytics and automation
- Working closely with our 3rd party partners including ad networks (e.g. Google, Facebook, Unity), tools and other marketing partners
- Deep diving into marketing data to make informed decisions about monetisation opportunities
- Stakeholder management: engaging in strategic conversations around monetisation opportunities with CMO and senior management
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 2-3 years' experience in an analytical role (media equity research, financial analyst, product analyst, actuary etc)
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to use data to storytell effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Experience working cross functionally with other departments.
- Interest in mobile games, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (preference for SQL but not essential)
