The Person

You re already pretty commercial and have had a taste of responsibility but want more. You re comfortable with the little bit of responsibility you had in your retail career so far but believe you could achieve more if your company would only let you. You know in your heart what good looks like and have the personality and drive to impart your ideas to those around you. Put simply, you have so much more to offer, you just need an employer to trust and empower you.

The Role

This position looks after a high-quality food and deli business. That business is yours. You decide on how the site is set up visually, you shape product selection, and decide on range and quantity. Working with your team, you ll make sure the offer stays relevant and commercial and that the site is replenished effectively whilst maintaining standards. You ll get support when needed but everything day-today starts with you. Going forward there s potential to develop relationships with local suppliers to expand the product offer and there s potential to take the business in lots of exciting directions. Directions that you ll be expected to play an active part in.

Future growth plans offer lots of development opportunities to those ambitious enough to want progression.
