The Opportunity:

As a member of the school's integrated Web, Systems and Learning Technology team you will be responsible for the creation and support of innovative digital synchronous and asynchronous teaching content and methodology. You will carry out this work in partnership with academic and technical colleagues, informed by your experience in delivering high quality pedagogic and practical advice and guidance.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • HNC/HND or equivalent level qualifications plus a typically 3 years relevant experience of the uses and capabilities of online technologies for teaching and learning
    • or, typically 5 years’ experience of the uses and capabilities of online technologies for teaching and learning, demonstrating development through involvement in progressively more demanding work/roles 
    • or, a degree in a relevant subject, and relevant experience of the uses and capabilities of online technologies for teaching and learning plus typically 2 years relevant experience. 
  • You should have a range of computing, audio-visual and technical skills and be capable of assisting and supporting users with a wide range of digital skills to make the most of a wide range of digital learning platforms and applications in addition to blogs, wikis, multimedia content and collaboration tools.

£33,882 to £39,105 per annum (pro-rata) (Grade 6)
