Outbound Payroll Sales Specialist

Due to continued growth, our client (who is a payroll solution specialist) are in the market to offer an amazing opportunity for an experienced Payroll or Recruitment sector outbound sales executive to join the sales team working out of their prestigious offices on the waterfront in Liverpool City Centre.

Applicants must have a proven and successful history of working in outbound Sales within the Recruitment or Payroll markets as the successful applicant will be targeting recruitment agencies in the promotion of payroll solutions, so an in depth working knowledge with the ability to comfortably engage with directors and and decision makers is essential.

JOB

  • You will be selling Contractor payroll solutions.
  • Through telephone and face-to-face selling you will be building relationships with recruitment agencies and end-users to manage their Contract staff payroll needs.
  • Advising Contract staff on the range of payroll solutions available within their employment market.
  • Build and develop relationships with customers at all levels via B2B calls and other various sales methods.
  • Pipeline management.
  • Updating, documenting and maintaining information in our CRM system.
  • Liaise with existing customers and internal departments to progress and build on their already strong relationships.

CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate would be expected to have a working knowledge and understanding of umbrella payroll solutions or have been a Recruitment Consultant running a Temp / Contract labour desk but my client would also consider applicants who have a strong and successful background in outbound sales as full training will be given.

Applicant experiences

  • Successful applicants should ideally have previous experience of selling within the recruitment or umbrella payroll sectors.
  • Outbound telephone business development experience.
  • MUST have a structured sales background
  • Must be able to work from the Liverpool city centre offices
  • Able to work to targets.
  • Have excellent spoken and written English, with great interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience in building, developing and managing your own sales pipeline.
  • Be goal and target driven with a fantastic attitude to qualifying leads and landing clients.
  • Experience of using CRM tools to help track customer engagement and follow-ups.
  • Researching new potential for pipeline building.
  • Possess Good IT Skills.
  • Ability to innovate and deliver under pressure.
