Are you looking for the next Contract/Temp role?

Do you have previous experience as an asbestos surveyor for local authority, housing association or as a private contractor?

My client is looking to speak to experienced surveyors with P402 as a minimum (P404/405 advantageous) for a 6-month minimum contract (extensions very probable)

Your New Organisation
You will have a fantastic opportunity to work for a local authority working on housing stock.
Your new organisation needs:
  • Reliability
  • IT competence
  • Asbestos surveying experience min P and 405 advantageous
  • Use of bespoke package (own software desirable) Flow
  • Driver (mileage expensed) 45p per mile
Your New Opportunity
You will be responsible for conducting asbestos surveys across the housing stock to continue to enhance the council s compliance.

You will be a key point of contact for the compliance manager and reporting assessments and actions in line with policies and procedures.

You will be based in Nottinghamshire, and this is a patch-based role therefore you will manage your diary with help of compliance manager to ensure that asbestos compliance is kept up to date.

Person
You will be an experienced Surveyor with prior knowledge and experience working in a similar environment.
In this role you will need:
  • P402 minimum 404/405 desirable
  • Ideally your own electronic reporting device APP Software. Flow currently used
  • Driving Licence.
  • To be reliable.
  • Good communication verbal and non-verbal.
