Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager on a 3 months contract to lead and supervise the final stages of a significant development project in close proximity to Liverpool city centre. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of the project within the specified timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completion Works: Manage and coordinate all electrical completion activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Supervision: Lead and guide the on-site workforce responsible for snagging works. Monitor progress, address any issues, and maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Assurance: Ensure that all electrical installations meet industry standards and adhere to project requirements.
  • and Safety: Prioritize safety by enforcing health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with other construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project milestones.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Engineering Qualification: The ideal candidate should hold a relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • (Site Management Safety Training Scheme): Possession of an SMSTS certificate is essential.
    • Experience: Proven experience in managing electrical construction projects, preferably in a similar role.
    • Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
