Theatre and AV Technician

Heathfield School seeks to appoint a Theatre and AV Technician to join the Drama Department. The Theatre and AV Technician must ensure the department remains compliant in all health and safety matters, will support and enhance the teaching and learning experience for pupils, and help raise the profile of the department at a whole school, national, and international level. The postholder will be able to work in an administrative capacity, organising systems and keeping records, as well as offering practical support and running co-curricular activities in Drama.

The Theatre and AV Technician’s main responsibilities are to provide audio visual communications, systems, solutions, and assistance with the school’s Theatre and other departments and supporting School events. The postholder will liaise with Subject Leaders ensuring the smooth management of the school’s timetabled events, extracurricular activities, and daily lessons.
