Food & Beverage Supervisor

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor are recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support and guide our team of Food and Beverage staff, who play a key role in making sure our guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit to the hotel.

As the Food & Beverage Supervisor you will take a lead role participating in the preparation, set up and service of the food and bar service areas, you’ll ensure a high level of efficiency whilst maintaining and improving standards and quality of service. You’ll also all check duty management, review and monitor cash floats, ensure equipment maintenance, and ensure all F&B areas are always kept presentable and tidy, to ensure the best F&B experience for all of our customers all of the time.

You will assist the bar creating and serving drinks and engaging with our guests on a daily basis, work closely with colleagues to help develop their skills and knowledge as well as keeping the bar area clean and well stocked at all times.

In return this role offers £25,5000 per annum and excellent benefits including free use of the gym facilities, a complimentary 2 night stay with De Vere every year plus additional stays for £50 per room, time off over the christmas period and a paid day off for your birthday in addition to your holidays

This role involves working a variety of shifts including weekends on a rota basis.

Your skills & experience:

You are confident and guest focused and through an intuitive approach deliver exceptional levels of guest service, making everyone feel welcome. You are an excellent organiser, with a professional attitude and are able to delegate to others effectively. You will ideally be familiar with booking systems such as Open Table although this is not essential as training can be provided. Ideally you’ll have supervisory experience in an F&B environment and the proven ability to go the extra mile for our customers. You’ll be committed to delivering fantastic customer service, but will also be a competent leader with strong communication skills that mean you can interact with all levels of colleagues and guests.
