It boasts a network of dairies and depots servicing customers throughout the country.

We're currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator at our Market Drayton site, working Monday to Friday, your purpose will be to provide an efficient central point of co-ordination for all MM&I farmer services, administration and data collation, for both internal and external communications.

Responsibilities
  • Administration of farmer contracts, milk statements and personalised farmer letters/ communications.
  • Effective and efficient response to day to day farmer queries.
  • Farm Service Centre activity in line with processes and procedures.
  • Process ad-hoc adjustments.
  • Provide data support for Farm Supply Managers.
  • Provide support for all Muller initiatives such as Muller Advantage.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills, empathetic and resilient.
  • Competent IT skills especially in Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Confident & professional telephone manner.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of dairy farming challenges and the farm calendar is desirable.
