Highly successful Technology company require experienced SalesForce Administrator for a newly created position working at lovely new offices in West Drayton

About the role

Reporting to the Finance Director the SalesForce Administrator will be responsible for managing all administration with regard to the company Salesforce CRM System including sales enquiries & customer relationships management.

The SalesForce Administrator will also play a vital role in supporting the organisation by monitoring processes, maintaining data accuracy, and generating insightful reports utilising SalesForce and other syetms. Key duties include:

  • Process monitoring and management: maintaining daily dashboards and periodic reconciliation reports.
  • Daily monitoring of Bid Portals and Incoming Sales emails: creating records and allocating tasks for action.
  • Configuration Management: Creating the structure for the sales team to work utilising Salesforce system.
  • Meeting Management: Taking comprehensive minutes during business meetings, capturing key decisions and action points.
  • Action Management: Document, maintain, and update action items assigned during meetings. Track progress and chase action items with assigned owners until completion.
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and completeness within the CRM system.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generating reports using the CRM system and Excel, including pivot tables and charts to visualize sales data and performance metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes for increased efficiency.

About you

  • Applicants should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with SalesForce within an Operations or Administrative position with excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • You will also have well developed MS Office skills including strong Excel
  • In addition you will be an strong relationship builder with a positive & collaborative approach
