Job Description:

As a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing and motivating a small team of Case Handlers to achieve conversion, compliance, and client care objectives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a portfolio of residential sale and purchase transactions, ensuring proactive, consistent, and efficient client services and legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a small team of Case Handlers to achieve conversion, compliance, and client care objectives.Oversee a portfolio of residential sale and purchase transactions.Provide proactive, consistent, and efficient client services and legal advice.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.Monitor team performance and provide support and guidance as needed.Handle escalated client queries and complaints effectively and professionally.Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience running your own caseload in residential conveyancing.Strong management skills, with proven experience in leading and motivating a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive and client-focused approach.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Conveyancing qualification would be desirable but not essential.Benefits:
