Working as a TA you Would:
- Support specific students through their day to day school life
- Support class teachers in the general delivery of the class
- Work within the SEN and wider school staffing team
- Understand various SEND and how to support these in the school environment
- Strive to make the classroom and school an engaging environment
- Understand and comply with all safeguarding polices and procedures.
The school are looking for someone who:
Has at least grade C in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent;Has a passion for delivering high quality and exciting opportunities for children and supporting them in their development;Has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work with a variety of pupils, staff and parents;Is self-motivated, dedicated and consistent;Has the ability to deal with new challenging situations;Is a strong team player, good at building relationships;Has a confident, resilient and flexible attitude;Is organised and enthusiastic;Has experience of working with children / young people in a school environment (desirable).What you can expect from Protocol Education;
