Shenstone Lodge School is a split site provision which aims to provide outstanding education and support for primary and secondary age students who experience social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
The successful candidate will be based at The Brades Lodge site, which strives to deliver a high quality curriculum in a well organised safe environment to a growing cohort of secondary age students. This is a particularly exciting time for the school site as a significant new build is just starting. When finished the school will be able to accommodate an increase in student numbers from 50 to approximately 70.

Unrelenting and innovative when addressing and tackling student apathyIf you have:
A proven track record of managing and motivating SEMH students and the staff that work with them to produce exceptional results An emotionally intelligent and resilient personalityPlease submit an application with a supporting letter (no more than 4 sides of A4) outlining what you think the short and long term priorities are for the school, and how these would support curriculum development and raising standards.
