Due to continued growth this company are looking to add an Accounts Assistant to the small, friendly finance team and support the Finance Manager with all round aspects of accounts.

Covering a range of duties, the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
  • Managing the purchase ledger
  • Processing invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Preparing payment runs and making payments
  • Supporting the Finance Manager with preparation of management accounts
    This role is ideal for an experienced Accounts Assistant who is comfortable handling all aspects of accounts or someone who is studying AAT and wanting to progress into a management accounts role in the future.
