Join our team as a Specialist Assessor

We're looking for someone passionate about supporting students with specific learning difficulties. Reporting to the Head of the Learning Support Centre (LSC) and SENCo, you'll assess pupils for Additional Educational Needs (AEN) and exam access arrangements, ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines.

Candidates should hold a current practising certificate in assessing specific learning difficulties and a post-graduate SpLD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent). Experience in pupil assessment, interpreting diagnostic reports, and strong communication skills are essential.

In addition to assessments, you'll provide feedback to students, teachers, and parents, recommend interventions, and support training initiatives within the LSC and school-wide.

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm during term time.
