  • Position: Charge Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )

  • Salary: £22.23 - £23.23 p/h - up to £53,000 per annum The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings and will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview.

Requirements:

  • Valid and clear NMC pin registration number ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )
  • Full eligibility to work and live in the UK
  • Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference

The role as a Charge Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ):
-Strong clinical skillset and confidence to lead the nursing team
-Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team
-The ability of supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
-A desire to encourage positive working relationships within the team
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance
-Passion about providing excellent care and supporting the residents and their families
