Role Purpose
This role would suit someone who is driven, a great communicator and wanting to kick-start their career in property You will be supporting the Flexible Office Solutions team and negotiating Flex transactions, helping to shape the future of office space.

Key Responsibilities
Developing a detailed knowledge of the Flexible Office Market, the range of Flexible Office Products and the Operator sales team. Understanding market pricing & having knowledge of the data sources and CBRE systems. Advising occupiers and helping them evaluate their choices and negotiate transactions. Managing and executing all leads from the CBRE website. Developing a full working knowledge of the typical Operator Licencing agreements. Creating property availability reports. Offering on-going client support throughout the team. Arranging and attending building viewing tours. Providing advice on the suitability of Flex vs Traditional leases. Negotiating and transacting Flex licenses. Developing a professional approach to client care and business development.

Person Specification/Requirements
Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Good knowledge of London (not essential) To have a confident and polite phone manner Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met. Accurate and excellent attention to detail. Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team. Flexible approach to work. Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion and providing fact-based advice.
