We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English teacher to join the dynamic team at one of our partner schools in Medway starting from September 2024. This part-time position offers the perfect balance, with three days per week dedicated to igniting a love for English in our students. The role is initially for the autumn term from September to December.

As an English teacher with TeacherActive you will:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to students' diverse learning styles and abilities.

  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to succeed.

  • Inspire a passion for reading, writing, and critical thinking through creative and innovative teaching methods.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective curriculum plans and assessment strategies.

  • Support students in achieving their academic goals and aspirations, both inside and outside the classroom.

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.

  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English language and literature.
