As Agile Performance Coach you'll:

  • Nurture a culture of innovation which facilitates the end to end delivery of software products and initiatives, throughout the lifecycle from âIdeaâ to âValidation of the outcomeâ.

  • Build on your significant experience in a similar role within a large, fast paced online business and will be a specialist in Lean and Agile software product delivery. Specifically, you'll have a proven track record of enabling teams to deliver better customer experiences, balanced with major product enhancement.

  • Solidify your reputation of delivering sophisticated technology initiatives in a fast paced results driven Agile environment and have developed tools and techniques for working with autonomous Agile teams to unlock their full potential.

  • Demonstrate your passion for Lean-Agile methodologies and be an experienced practitioner of the core principles of Lean Startup such as MVP, quick feedback loops, releasing value early and often, adaptive planning, eliminating waste, reducing WIP, fixing bottlenecks, delivering fast, continuous improvement and short planning cycles.

  • Run or facilitate large scale experiments that cross the boundaries of teams, while managing the goals and expectations of senior management.

  • Coach our Agile teams and using a variety of tools and techniques to influence those around you to optimise process and drive delivery.

  • Take the lead on standardising and expanding agile coaching capabilities helping our teams and individuals develop and grow, either by acting as a coach to support their career progression or via internal learning and development methods.

  • Use your Agile knowledge and Partner engagement ability to inspire confidence, motivate and influence performance of the teams

  • Embed delivery metrics and discovering insight from these to constantly improve ways of working of the Tribes with a particular focus on encouraging alignment where appropriate and enabling innovation within areas of particular challenge or excellence.

  • Resolve blockers either internally or with external third parties by building genuine relationships across the organisation and remove these at speed

  • In a fast paced business like ours, there are many competing priorities. Your challenge will be to ensure our teams are applying the right principles at the right time to serve the business needs.

  • You will support a team of teams, made up of agile delivery specialists and work with them to continue evolving our Agile Ways of Working, data delivery tools and cultivate an environment of constant improvement and successful outcomes.

  • It will be your role to provide teams the tools to adapt their ways of working to their individual circumstances, while respecting the business requirements.

  • Identify risks early and influence teams and squads to make pivot or persevere decisions to guide and support them through these.

  • Managing and reporting to multiple partners. It's important to ensure they are all aligned and expectations are well managed.
