We are currently recruiting for a Digital Trading Assistant

Working closely with the Digital Trading Specialist to maximise the performance of the Space NK website(s) and day to day trading activity. This will include site merchandising, reporting and promotion execution.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

Ensuring website standards are maintained across multiple sites (UK + International) conducting daily site walks and competitor reviews Supporting the team to produce trade reports and customer journey insights on a regular basis Supporting the business with trade calendar management and driving actions Supporting the Digital Trading Specialist with promotional activity - ensure all trackers/briefs are collated and consistent, email nominations, Ts & Cs and testing is optimised Supporting with managing onsite search and navigation, ensuring optimal configuration across markets and enhancing the search experience for the customer - running analysis to recommend optimisation Supporting with onsite upselling tactics - briefing in and execution (e.g. UPT and browsing drivers) Supporting with CRM initiatives - GWPs, Sampling etc Supporting with cross-category page optimisation - e.g. in-category banners Management of key PLP metadata, sorting rules, pinning Supporting with SEO optimisation and working closely with the SEO team to understand opportunities and coordinating priorities across Commercial teams Working closely with relevant teams to support and execute trade events and other initiatives Help maintain up-to-date market and competitor knowledge to identify and suggest new opportunities for business growth. Supporting international business and management of MSDS tracker and growth of new categories / brands Key Skills

Experience of using data analytics tools (e.g. Qliksense, Content Square) Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint Detail oriented and able to troubleshoot, identify issues and escalate where necessary Organised and able to multi task in fast paced environments Experience in interpreting large sets of data into tradeable insight/actions Commercially aware and customer focused, ability to use data and initiative Proactive positive nature, data curious and motivated to drive optimisation and achieve targets / objectives Agile and open to change Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
