The One Group are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a huge name within the manufacturing sector on a full time temporary basis. The office is based in Darlington and the assignment is likely to last 6 Months.Being fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written is essential to be successful in this role, as well as having some experience within AP or Accounts.

Responsibilities:

Process credit notes and VAT only invoices Complete manual matching for direct/indirect purchases and add into financial systems Clear aged invoice queries (relating to supplier invoices/payments) on the database Complete supplier statement reconciliations Deal with telephone, email and fax correspondence and complex enquiries relating to supplier payments
Benefits:
£14.00 - £15.00 per hourHybrid Working 3 days in office, 2 days from home Flexible working hours & an early finish on a FridayImmediate start available & weekly pay
