Skincare Specialist

A Luxury Skincare brand, famous for it’s innovation is looking for passionate Skincare specialists to represent the brand in its iconic London location.

Accountabilities

  • Deliver a unique and exceptional client experience sharing latest innovation and proven results.
  • Ability to deliver luxury service and shared passion for skincare
  • Adapts according to client(s) needs and motivations.
  • Strives to always improve and surprise the client(s).
  • Shares the passion and values of the brand.
  • Meets individual targets and work to KPI’s
  • Client Relationship & Portfolio Development
  • Cultivates strong client relationships and develops client loyalty.
  • Executes targeted CRM actions.
  • Participates with all events and launch activities

Personal qualities and experience

  • A background in skincare and beauty
  • Passionate about skincare and innovative skincare solutions
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Fluent in English; ideally one or more additional language is advantageous
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Participate with all events and clientelling activities
  • Confident in consultations and demonstrations.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team towards mutual goals and have confidence to work independently and represent the brand as a true Ambassador.
