Calling all final year students

We are working closely with a variety of Primary Schools in the Bradford and Leeds areas who are looking for ECT's in the new academic year for both day-to-day adhoc work, and longer term roles

September 2024

Requirements

  • Must be gaining QTS in the Summer
  • Experience within EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Ability to relate well to children and adults and communicate at all levels
  • Ability to deal effectively with students presenting challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques as appropriate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
