Scheduling Coordinator, Full-Time, Permanent, Poole, £25k

As Scheduling Coordinator, you will be working within a fast paced business providing excellent support arranging inspections and repairs with engineers.

Responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator:

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage incoming calls professionally, liaise with engineers, diary management
  • Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, liaising to coordinate orders, deliveries, and address any inquiries or issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance workflow and professionalism

As an Scheduling Coordinator you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanour
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work to ensure high-quality output
