Our client is a Public Sector organisation based in Oldbury requires three Recruitment Consultants to join their busy HR Team.
The positions are temporary ongoing basis until November 2024.
The hourly rate for these posts are 22.00 per hour. The hours are 37 per week.
The successful candidates must fit the below criteria to be considered:
Oracle Fusion Experience
Recruitment Experience
Excellent communication skills
Preferably the ideal candidates will have Local Government and Schools experience.
The main duties of the role will be to undertake the following:
Client Management:
Build and maintain relationships with client companies.
Understand client needs, including job specifications and company culture.
Provide strategic advice to clients regarding hiring trends, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks.
Negotiate fees and contracts with clients.
Candidate Sourcing & Selection:
Identify and approach suitable candidates using various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, networking, social media, referrals).
Screen candidates for suitability, including reviewing CVs and conducting preliminary interviews.
Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Conduct reference checks and background verification.
Process Management:
Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle (from initial client briefing through to candidate onboarding).
Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Provide feedback to both parties after interviews.
Negotiate job offers and manage the candidate acceptance process.
