How will you make an impact?

The HR Insights Advisor primary responsibilities include analysing HR data, developing reports, and identifying trends to inform strategic decision-making.

 

The role will require close collaboration with other teams such as the Richemont HRIS team as well as Watchfinder’s Finance and Commercial teams to complete monthly activities such as headcount, payroll and commission reports. In addition to the monthly reporting the HR Insights Advisor will drive continuous improvement through undertaking different projects related to our HRIS systems and processes.

 

The HR Insights Advisor will closely partner our HR Business Partners to ensure effective use of data to elevate the people experience as well as ensuring that the data elements of the employee lifecycle are effectively managed.

 

Analytical:

  • Conduct data analysis on a variety of HR metrics, such as employee turnover, diversity and inclusion, or equivalent.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR Business Partners and senior leadership.
  • Identify patterns and trends in HR data to inform talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management strategies.

Collaborative:

  • Work cross-functionally to gather and consolidate HR data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and implement data-driven initiatives and programs.
  • Assist in the design and administration of surveys and questionnaires to gather employee feedback.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in HR analytics.

Organised:

  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of HR, ensuring operational excellence and best practice is followed throughout the employee lifecycle, including payroll, new starters/leavers, absence and benefits transactions.
  • Audit and maintain data held in our HRIS systems and shared folders.

Agile:

  • Navigate ambiguity and change with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Data-driven mindset and an aptitude for technology and digital tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, ability to work transversally with other departments and countries.

  • Strong Collaboration/Partnering ability with HR & the wider business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills delivered through a variety of channels including the use of PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and a keen interest in data and analytics.
  • Confident in communicating with colleagues and stakeholders within the function and the wider business.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to ensure compliance across HR Operations.
  • Naturally inquisitive, you enjoy solving problems. Experienced at documenting your processes and explaining rationale to stand behind your recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail. – you’ll enjoy working with complex data, understanding their structures, and you care about data accuracy and process optimization/improvement.
  • You can present data concisely, with effective use of graphical representation to inform decision making.
  • Expert problem solver who can identify key questions, refine them by exploring data, and answer them with analysis and simple experiments.
  • Be kind and willing to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, supporting and being supported by team colleagues.
  • Be Curious – keen to keep abreast of latest technological & HR advancements through industry forums.
