Commercial Litigation Associate or Senior Associate
Taylor Root is instructed on behalf of a market leading sector-focused national firm who are seeking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Assoicate or Senior Associate to join their corporate commercial litigation division.
The team handles complex commercial disputes covering a broad-spectrum including contractual disputes. PFI / Projects / infrastructure disputes, procurement law disputes, IP disputes, competition investigations, and construction disputes.
Acting primarily for public sector clients. the role will involve advising clients in sectors including healthcare, local government, emergency services and social housing.
The team are very busy and require an additional junior to mid-level qualified solicitor with specialist complex commercial disputes. excellent drafting skills. strong client and third-party management skills. the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
