Key
Responsibilities:
Ultimate oversight for audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, building and maintaining strong client relationships.Provide strategic guidance to the audit team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues to enhance audit methodologies and processes.Business development and cross selling.Leading and inspiring the department.Complex audit advice.Effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.

Position Overview: As an Interim Audit Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting this firm to meet its audit commitments over a defined time period, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional service to their diverse portfolio of clients. Qualifications:
Progressive career to date including high level (Director upwards) audit placements.Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in audit.Proven experience managing audit engagements within a financial services environment.Strong technical skills, including a deep understanding of auditing standards and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Proactive and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
