Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday - Friday) (7:30 am to 3:30 pm)

Talento Group is delighted to be recruiting for a Mechanical Technician for our client who is a leading manufacturer based in Dumfries.

Become an integral part of their engineering team, where you'll be responsible for maintaining production equipment using various maintenance techniques, including reactive, proactive, preventative, and predictive methods. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to small and large-scale projects aimed at continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Completion of a time-served mechanical apprenticeship.
  • Familiarity with industrial mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Understanding of mechanical maintenance techniques.
  • Experience with automated machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics and other industrial elements.
