Production/Machine Operators Required Milton Keynes - Immediate Start Available

Your daily duties will include:

  • Operating automatic or semi-automatic machinery safely
  • Ensuring production areas are clean and free from obstacles
  • Running quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet company standards and flagging below-standard items
  • Ensuring raw material is fed into processing machines safely, including quality checking raw materials
  • Working on packaging and labelling items
  • Maintaining machines, and ensuring they run smoothly
  • As the manual world becomes more digital, you may be required to operate some basic software

To be considered for this role you will need the following skills/experience:

  • Previous production/manufacturing experience
  • Ideally have worked with machinery previously
  • Good working within a team and on your own initiative
  • Good attention to detail in order to understand and correctly follow processes
  • Good communication skills

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have good time keeping skills
  • Posses a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Be professional and approachable

More about the role:

  • Hours - Monday to Friday(6.00am-2.00pm - 2.00pm-10pm alternating weekly)
  • Start date: ASAP following interview process
  • Duration: Full-Time ongoing assignment with view to permanent contract
