This is a varied role which will include anaesthetic monitoring, nursing consultations, reception work, assisting the Vets and schedule 3 work.

Our standard full-time rota is 40 hours per week over 4.5 days with 1:6 weekend inpatient cover, including Saturday surgery (8.30-5:00 pm) and 1:6 Saturday mornings (8.30-1:00 pm).
About usWe are a progressive, small animal practice in a beautiful part of the Shropshire/Welsh border with fabulous links to Snowdonia National Park, the Welsh coastline and cities including Manchester and Liverpool.
Our dedicated team work to a consistently high standard and our practice has fantastic facilities to cater to this including in-house bloods, ultrasound including cardiac, endoscope, blood pressure monitoring, fully monitored anaesthetic machine and much more.
Come and join our friendly and supportive teamOur practice is made up of a friendly, close-knit team, consisting of 6 vets, 3 registered veterinary nurses, 4 student veterinary nurses, 2 animal nursing assistants and a dedicated reception team.
With some team members holding both a surgical and medical certificate, there is a variety of caseloads to broaden knowledge and skill set. We strive to offer a unique, client-friendly experience that you would expect from your neighbourhood vets.
