We're currently looking for full time Sales Associates to join our welcoming and close-knit Harrods family within our Signature and Arcade departments. Whether you're looking for your first break into retail, or have experience which you want to build upon, we have a space for you.

About the Role

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do, they live and breathe our core values and they strive to make anything possible for our customers. This is where retail really comes to life and turns shopping into theatre for everyone. From the famous Harrods bear, branded souvenirs and the coolest gadgets, our Signature and Gifting departments are like no other. Our sales associates are encouraged to bring their personality to our customers in these colourful and playful spaces.

In return, you'll enjoy a package that includes an annual salary of £25, 500 and access to a monthly bonus, a company pension, 22 days' holiday, and your birthday off, up to 33% in-store discount (including across our food hall and restaurants) and a season ticket loan.

About You

You'll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand.
